@BillySmith When it comes to literature, reading a book like Ulysses can be a good way. Because it's written in a way that you're not supposed to understand everything, so it's a great way to immerse yourself in a world that you'll never fully understand, and you just have to let it wash over you.

Not being facetious here, the oldest know character representing "Dao" is the character for head in the middle, flanked by the character for road on both sides. That image suggests to me it's about allowing your mind to be overwhelmed by the possible paths, rather than trying to understand them.
