2 Peeps And A Camera
@2peepsandacamera@mastodon.social  ·  activity timestamp last week

Three forms. One shore. Endless horizon.

Statues on the cliffs at Elliston, South Australia which are part of the Elliston Coastal Art Trail.

The collection features sculptures by local artists set against the backdrop of the Southern Ocean.

The sculptures are located along the clifftop "Great Ocean Drive," a scenic loop of about 7 kms.

Three abstract stone sculptures stand in a line on a dry, sandy coastal bluff, facing the deep blue ocean under a clear sky.

Each figure is humanoid with blocky heads and simplified limbs, increasing in size from left to right. Sparse vegetation surrounds them, and the scene suggests a quiet dialogue between human-made forms and the natural landscape.
