When I see #Software #Developers going to #LLM and #AI all I can think is "do software devs not actually like doing the work of their jobs?"

I'm a Sculptor, and I LOVE the craft work of my trade. I love welding, I love casting, I love stretching paper when I'm going to draw - all the *work* steps that aren't the "creative" parts are things I would do on their own, for the joy of doing them.

Jeez, if you don't like the craft of writing code, find a different use of your one & only life.
