Ottawa House No 1 Color Version. Constructed in 1887, The Ottawa House at No 38 - 40 Cumberland St S in Thunder Bay Ontario is the second hotel on the site after the original wooden structure burned down in 1886. In the 1980's, a restoration project reconstructed the original balconies, storefront windows, doors, and canopies.
