A black-and-white photo in fairly extreme close-up. The center of the photo shows a large iron cross that is part of the gate that closes in front of the church steps. Two points from the gate can be seen on either side of the cross and the doors behind the cross have ornate curlycue iron work on the large wooden panels. Above that is a little greenery and two pointed arches over each door with three panels inside each one. Above them in the middle is a large circle with stained glass work. All of that is set within a large white stone pointed arch way as well. That comes to a point on top with some more decorative work on the face. There is a light hanging down in between the two door panel archways that is directly over the top of the cross. It was a difficult photo because the beautiful old church is surrounded by very tall glass and steel buildings as well as an on-ramp with lots of traffic whizzing by
