This is at least my fifth fediverse account and therefore my fifth #introduction so I should know what to put by now, unfortunately I still have no clue.

I've been on various social media sites over the years. It all started way back in 1990 when I did the #OU DT200 information technology course. This gave me access to their CoSy based conferencing system. From there I explored various #BBSs before joining #CIX. From there I migrated to #Facebook and #Twitter via #Usenet and alt newsgroups. When Twitter became X I decided that it was time to move on and so joined the Fediverse. My first instance was mastodon.me.uk. I followed quite a few people who were on various Misskey forks though and decided that I too wanted to play with all the cool MFM tricks and so moved to shonk.social (RIP) and from there to transfem.social. Later I was invited by soph@ice.sophari.org to join her instance.
