Ich mag die grünlich schimmernden gestreiften Glaselemente auf dem zentralen Bahnsteig des Rostocker Hauptbahnhofs, die das Tageslicht in die unterirdischen Gänge und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle bringen. Ich hatte sie schon mal von unten gezeigt. Hier sind sie von oben und in schwarz-weiß.
I like the greenish shimmering striped glass elements on the central platform of #Rostock Central Station, which bring daylight into the underground passages and the tram stop. I had already shown them from below. Here they are from above and in black and white.

Die Fassade des Fraunhofer IGP in #Rostock reflektierte das Licht der tiefstehenden Dezembersonne so stark in meine Richtung, dass vorbeilaufende Personen an nur leicht verschatteten Stellen mit passenden Kamera-Einstellungen als Silhouetten abgebildet wurden. Dieses Foto sticht aus den gemachten Aufnahmen klar heraus: genau vor dem Schatten der oben gebogenen Straßenlaterne hat der vorbeigehende Mann seinen Oberkörper passend dazu leicht vorgebeugt. Der Knick im Stamm des kleinen Baums und in seinem Schatten vervollständigen diese #Gegenüberstellung.

The facade of the Fraunhofer IGP in Rostock reflected the light of the low December sun so strongly in my direction that people walking by in slightly shaded areas were captured as silhouettes with the appropriate camera settings. This photo clearly stands out from the others taken: the man walking by has leaned his upper body forward slightly, matching the shadow of the curved street lamp above. The bend in the trunk of the small tree and its shadow complete this #juxtaposition.
