Friday a hike to Vantaankoski. Saturday a group run with Vegaanijuoksijat and afterwards a bit of extra running. And on sunday a bit more slippin and sliding on skis.

First time skiing (cross-country, the only real skiing there is) in maybe two or so years. Last year I had a heart problem that fucked up my winter so I’m taking it all back now. What a weather! Perfect for outdoors with the temperature running only at 19°C or so. 🤩
