This is an Atmospheric Watercolor Landscape Painting in portrait orientation in an A5 sketchbook. Using Daniel Smith Perylene Green, Amazonite Genuine, and Quinacridone Gold, the landmass is dark in masstone with bits of teal and gold that smear into medium values leaving bits of the white watercolor paper visible. At the horizon line the colors bloom and mix upward in medium values and are diluted more into light values towards the top. Grasses reach into the sky and create texture in the foreground.
