The crime in this city has exploded. The last few years have been horrifying.
I see crimes happening daily, from bike thefts to attempted B&E.
Junkies rule the streets because there's no consequence for their actions, or the actions of those who have created the policy for the city.
Looking down at the sidewalk, we can see a blood trail leading away, and the name of the street in tile (blue and white), which reads: Ormond
