Bonus Photo of the Day 3 1st February 2026.

Paul "PA" Allen, singer and guitarist with Manchester-based Indie-Rockers Sandbox (sometimes known as SDBX), on stage for their debut gig at The Roadhouse, Manchester, 21st November 2003.
I had seen the drummer with this band from his previous outfit, and a girl I was friendly with through Four Star Mary (this is all starting to sound familiar!) started seeing him shortly after she decided to tag along with me to a gig they were playing - after that band broke up and Sandbox started, she suggested that I should take some photos of them, and so it began…
