If someone turns in work that's AI-generated, and they cannot explain the reasoning behind certain decisions with anything other than "copilot decided it", then their work must be declared null and void.

If an entity cannot be held accountable, then it must not make a organisational decision.

Some big companies will be brought to crumble by legal consequences that won't be excusable by "ooops we pushed an hallucination to billions of users"
