need a word for when people do the opposite of anthropomorphizing animal behaviors. like, overcorrecting or denying our similarities so far that they just have to assume the animal has no agency of its own or lacks emotions.
I don't wanna hear your armchair expert ass talking down to people appreciating interspecies interactions like you understand any psychology human or otherwise.
