It works... I can't believe it works. I need two make a write-up, perhaps the #loops documentation can be updated so others don't have to suffer the pain like I did.

What issues did you run into? We can update the install docs, did you use the docker or non-docker install method?

At my first attempt I went with both #docker and non-docker and ultimately gave up. I assume the issues I narrowed down this time were the same back then.

This time it is docker-based again.
