Random shot from the #travel archive.

This is the Mohammed VI Tower just outside Rabat, Morocco. At 250 metres it is the tallest building in Morocco and the third tallest in Africa.

A portrait orientation view taken on a mostly overcast day but with the sense that there's warmth in the air. Some pale blue sky pokes through a gap in the cloud cover just behind the main point of focus. We're looking over a low, well-kept hedge and past some trees and bushes intruding on the left across a large, flat area of ground to a single building towering over the landscape. The tower is 250 metres high and while its design is influenced by a rocket ship, from our angle the shape is more like an upright pea pod with a thick seam near pointing in our direction and the smooth, bulbous form flowing out and down to the ground from its peak.
