It is horrifying how autism moms and transphobic parents are exactly the same kind of people. The same kind of dynamics.
It is not a coincidence that ABA and conversion therapy are so similar. Coming from the same peopl,e the same kind of idea.
But so much of it is (just like with autism) treating it like
what people are, what **we** are is a harm done to their property.
No, "their" child was not trans, was not autistic, no, it was "harmed" into being so, damaged into something that is not what the parent expected.
They want autism and queerness to be something done to their property, something that harmed **them** as parents. Something that is a nightmare, not soimething that their child **is**.
Vaccines, ROGD, social contagion, trauma, recruitment, corruption.
It ain't who we **are**, not to them.
