A hazard?

These are being trialled in London, and are a potentially lethal hazard at the moment as they don't know how to deal with so-called "jaywalkers", i.e. what we call "pedestrians". This one had stopped about 25 yards past a pedestrian crossing where the signal lights were out of service for repairs.
