Das Bild zeigt das Innere einer Kapelle mit moderner Architektur. Die Wände sind weiß und schlicht gehalten, während die Decke aus hellem Holz besteht. Im Vorder- und Mittelgrund sind mehrere Reihen von hölzernen Kirchenbänken zu sehen, die auf einen zentralen Altarbereich ausgerichtet sind. Der Altar ist einfach gestaltet und besteht aus einem kleinen Tisch mit einigen Gegenständen darauf.
Auf der rechten Seite des Raumes befindet sich eine skulpturale Darstellung, die an eine Nische oder ein Kunstwerk erinnert. Links im Bild steht eine Statue, die vermutlich eine religiöse Figur darstellt. Der Boden ist mit hellen Fliesen ausgelegt, die teilweise Flecken oder Spuren aufweisen. Große Fenster an den Seiten lassen Tageslicht herein, das den Raum hell und freundlich erscheinen lässt. Ein Blick durch ein rundes, in Segmente unterteiltes Fenster, das wie ein Bullauge geformt ist. Durch das Fenster sieht man eine kleine Stadt oder ein Dorf mit traditionellen Fachwerkhäusern, die dicht aneinander gebaut sind. Im Hintergrund erheben sich sanft bewaldete Hügel oder Berge, die in leichten Nebel gehüllt sind. Das Fenster selbst zeigt leichte Spuren von Feuchtigkeit oder Regen, was auf eine typische Wetterlage in dieser Region hinweist. Die Szene vermittelt eine ruhige, fast malerische Atmosphäre einer ländlichen oder kleinstädtischen Umgebung.
