Related to #BoneConduction: One of the most moving art pieces and concepts I know of is (was?) the "Touched Echo" installation by Markus Kison in the center of Dresden, allowing visitors to "hear" the sounds of the British carpet-bombing air raid from February 13, 1945, when they rest their elbows on the railing near the river and hold their ears closed... Nothing is heard/felt by any bystanders nearby... Such a powerful concept and window to the past!

Three people leaning on a metal railing near the river Elbe in the center of Dresden. Each person is using their hands to cover their ears, elbows on the metal. Some large historical buildings in the background
