Frequently foggy, but when the sun is visible (as it was on Saturday), this is what the ocean looks like near the Kuchel Visitor Center in Redwood National and State Parks. Gentle blue waves rolling in, a lone bird sitting on the surface of the water (pelican, perhaps), and a line of offshore clouds in the distance. The sky above is quite blue, too, with just a few clouds here and there.
