Union Canal, dusk 01

Some more improvised night shots on the way home from work, sitting camera on handy flat-topped railing for stability for few quick shots along the Union Canal. Just a little pale, blue light left in the western horizon as I am coming home from work, but slowly getting lighter a little later each evening. This is taken from the end of the canal, looking west, all very run down just couple of decades ago, and with the huge brewery nearby next to the canal on the right of this pic. Brewery gone and area being redeveloped, while the canalside has already seen a lot of regeneration (the canal itself too - like many old industrial waterways in the UK it is all in working order again, although for leisure use now rather then industry)
