Away from the sunshine, this little moth was hiding away, probably waiting for evening.

It's called Clepsis dumicolana, & while it lacks an English name, apparently, it's the Efeuwickler in German, or ivy winder.

And indeed, it's sitting on an ivy leaf here – apparently they arrived in central Europe from the Mediterranean on imported ivy plants.

After the rains, out came the sunshine, & the insects with it 🌞🐝

Here's something new: a common tachnid (Tachina fera; Igelfliege in 🇩🇪).

I only managed to get one quick shot before it flew off, but I think it shows enough detail to classify it as T. fera rather than T. ferox, which I photographed earlier in the summer.
